DJ / Curator notes
WHY IT FITS.
Phantom Atlantic’s self-questioning refrain gives the house rhythm a different kind of urgency. This Radio Edit can connect Canadian alternative-rock programming with a dance crossover sequence.
Behind the song
THE FEELING BEHIND IT.
Phantom Atlantic frontman Kyle Brunet wrote the lyric when he could finally admit how much damage his own habits were doing. Rath takes that sharp moment of recognition onto the dance floor. The Radio Edit keeps the band’s unflinching refrain moving at 134 BPM.
